Rockarch Estates is full service real estate agency specialising in sourcing international award winning ski, golf, spa and city developments in Bulgaria.

Rockarch Estates began operating from its head office in Hammersmith, London. The growth has been a constant result for the company in the years to come. The increased volume of business and satisfied clients in 2004 has led to the opening of a second office and the establishing of our business development and management, public relations, marketing, sales, after sales and accountancy departments.

In 2005 Rockarch Estates was proud to achieve the most coveted prize in the property industry Bentley International Property Award for Best Bulgarian Sports Development with one of our exclusive projects All Seasons Club in the ski resort Bansko.

In 2006 Rockarch Estates is in a full expansion mode. The company is relocating to its new executive offices in the heart of the City of London neighbouring Tower 42, Bank of England and the head quarters of all the major international banks and financial institutions.

In 2006 Rockarch Estates has achieved International Property Award for Best Bulgarian Real Estate Agency sponsored by The Daily Mail and International Homes magazine , which independently endorse our expertise and professionalism.

1. Rockarch Estates is a Founder Member of AIPP (The Association of International Property Professionals) since 18 April 2006.

The AIPP has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property industry.

It will give the buyer of international property confidence in choosing where to spend their money.

Companies who are listed as Members have signed up to follow the industry Code of Conduct, established to help the consumer in buying overseas. These guidelines dictate that a professional approach is followed and that companies act with honesty, transparency and integrity at all times. Any failure in their actions will lead to disciplinary action to which, once again, they have agreed.

2. Rockarch Estates is a Full Member of the British-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BBCC) since the beginning 2004.

The British Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BBCC) was set up in 1993 to support business between the United Kingdom and Bulgaria.

Our aim is to offer practical assistance on a regular basis. We maintain an active information network by means of our website and by organising events such as business missions, seminars and social meetings with guest speakers who have special expertise and knowledge of the market. We can also provide contacts for a range of business services such as translation, legalisation, transportation and logistics, legal services, business consultancy, market research and many others.

The Chamber works in close association with the Bulgarian Embassy in London, the British Embassy in Sofia, UK Trade & Investment and with local chambers of commerce. The BBCC board is composed of members from Britain and Bulgaria who have extensive personal contacts in government and business circles in both countries and we are therefore ideally placed to help member companies achieve their business aims.
