Two partners, Mr. Abdul Nasser Al Khayat and Mr. Saleem Mostafa, and both from part of various Dubai Government authorities such as the Dubai Lands Department and Dubai Municipality administer it.

Al Khayat real Estate work very closely with top Government and private property developers such as Nakheel and Jumeirah Beach Residence advising them on different avenues of real estate with primary focus on planning and pricing decisions. Al Khayat was appointed directly by Nakheel, the developers of the Palm Islands, to sell villas on Palm Jumeirah.
