Buy a home on the open market
We operate the Open Market HomeBuy equity loan scheme in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Find the home of your choice on the open market and raise a mortgage for 75% of the cost of the property and we will do the rest – subject to your eligibility.

New homes for sale
We have a wide range of affordable new homes for part-buy/part-rent under the New Build HomeBuy scheme. Shares start at 25% of the property value, and a subsidised rent is paid on the share you do not own.

Resales of part-buy/part rent homes
We sell a number of previously-owned part-buy/part-rent (shared ownership) homes each year. Shares start at 25% of the property value.

First Time Buyers' Initiative
This new shared equity scheme is delivered through English Partnerships. Catalyst manages applications for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Rented homes for key workers
We also have a number of rented furnished rooms and flats for public sector key workers, managed by Kensington Housing Trust.
