Curchods was founded in 1938 as a general practice of estate agents, surveyors, valuers and auctioneers, serving Weybridge and surrounding areas.

In 1990, two well known and respected figures in the Surrey property market, John Slatter and Andrew Dewar, acquired the residential sales division, since when they have grown it to 13 offices with departments for mortgage and land/new homes.

Today 150 staff, all of whom are carefully selected and trained, uphold the heritage of integrity, honesty and excellent customer service and continue to grow the reputation of the company.
