Our company philosophy is to serve top quality fish and shellfish in relaxed and friendly surroundings.

The menu is based largely on fresh seafood - prepared simply but with style - using only the finest and freshest ingredients to allow the delicate flavours of the natural produce to take centre stage. Dishes are served throughout the day, with seafood dishes cooked to order and cold dishes prepared in front of you from an impressive display of seafood on ice. With much of the produce supplied by our sister company Loch Fyne Oysters, we are guaranteed a reliable, high quality source of supply and have the ability to present consistent menu prices.

For all of our restaurants, we actively seek out unusual and historic buildings for their inherent beauty, most of which are away from prime retail locations. These are then sympathetically restored to include extensive use of natural wood in the floors, panelling and furniture, with striking art, photography and artefacts which provide links to the heritage of the Company.
