Individually Designed Furniture

New from Old can create virtually any size or design of furniture, from fitted kitchens to individual freestanding pieces. We do not have a standard range of furniture. We offer a complete design and planning service, comprising an initial visit, when necessary, to discuss your requirements. Detailed designs, with full specifications and a formal quotation are produced.

Craftsmanship

Methods of joinery have evolved through the centuries to give tried and tested cabinetry which withstands the test of time. We employ many of these traditional methods because they work. For instance, all our drawers are fully dovetailed to give strength and durability where it is needed. Where appropriate, marble, slate and tiles, are used for surfaces, splashbacks, decorative detail and dramatic effect. The furniture may be finished in a variety of ways from waxed or oiled to lacquered or painted.

Installation and After Sales Care

New from Old offers a complete installation service and a project management role. This means we can either just fit the furniture we make you, or we can also coordinate the different services and products required to create your kitchen.  We want you the customer to feel secure in your choice and therefore we have an after sales care policy to give you further peace of mind.
