dandara’s ascent to becoming one of the UK’s major residential and commercial players, began nearly 20 years ago when Irish visionary and entrepreneur Dan Tynan decided to make his mark on the world of property.

Having set the business up on his own, Dan was joined a year later by his college friend Seamus Nugent who also shared an equally intense passion for property. It was this dynamic duo that took the company’s relatively humble beginnings as a small developer and builder of private homes into a large scale residential, mixed use and commercial developer.
