COLIN and JACQUI NASH... first visited Majorca as a courting couple. Later, they holidayed for many years in the South West discovering -throughout the changing seasons- the beauty and the diversity of the island. When they bought their first property in Majorca, Colin and Jacqui realized how people in the same position as themselves needed accurate and dependable guidance and support to buying property on the island. Using their professional backgrounds of working in the UK for the past 25 years, Colin in construction management on major projects in London and Jacqui in the family estate agency in Essex, they decided to unify their diverse property experience and make the move to Majorca.

purchase and the business, because of its close proximity to the capital,
Palma, the popularity of the fashionable and stylish marina at Puerto Portals,
the tranquility of Real Bendinat Golf Course and the beautiful coastline. The South West -particularly the region of Calvia including Puerto Portals, Portals Nous, Bendinat, Golf and Costa d’en Blanes is the most attractive part of the island for property investment, with solid rental returns and excellent capital growth. The agency was established in Portals Nous in 2002.
