We are exclusively Property Lawyers and can provide an efficient and comprehensive service in this field. We are able to make the notoriously difficult process of buying and selling flats and houses as quick and painless as possible. We deal with both Residential and Commercial properties including development projects. A large proportion of our clients buy or sell properties in London although we are happy to help convey properties throughout England and Wales.
The Partnership
Alan Mason is based in our office in Regent Street and specialises in Company and Commercial work. Michael Dawson and Mark Carr specialise in Property Law working from our offices in Guildford which are just 30 minutes drive from London. All Partners have had 20 years of legal experience in their fields. During this period the firm has successfully bought and sold over 25,000 properties in London for our clients. All work is dealt with directly by the Partners themselves.
Our Charging Rates and Fees
We offer competitive rates on our conveyancing services. We guarantee the quote we give you for the work to be undertaken will be the fee we charge on the day of completion. We give details written quotations of our fees and expenses over the phone, fax, e-mail or by post.
